Fall Mantel

I've been working on a few new things. I went a few rounds with photoshop and html. I learned more, which is always a good thing. But I did not give up. No sir. I wasted a lot of time, but we won't talk about that. The important thing is, I won. There is a shiny new button over there on the right. Feel free to grab away. I'm pretty sure it's working. Please let me know if it's not. I'll down another bottle of wine and work it out. I kid........or do I?

Also, I worked on the mantel. I kept a few of my starfish . Added some berry twigs to the curly willow. Swapped out the glass candle sticks for some wooded ones, then added a bit more. Tried to keep it simple.

I want to paint these. The one on the right is sitting on top of a cake stand of sorts turned upside down. It's black and stands out a bit. Not so much from far away though. Do little things like that bug you? Maybe tonight I'll do that. Or not.

Someone was not feeling too well.

If it makes you feel any better I do all the changes on my blog myself and I end up wasting away HOURS trying to figure it all out.

  20. I don't think I would have noticed the cake stand, but yeah, things like that bother me, too.

The mantel looks great! I really like the branches. I have a curly willow. I have branches. Why am I not bringing them inside?
