This is my thrifty find of the week. Fresh Market has their bundles of sunflowers for 3/$10. Each bundle has 5 stems. So, for 3.33 you get 5 big beautiful sunflowers to brighten your day. Quite the deal in my book.

ReplyDeleteIn case you missed my answer to your question about my painted chairs, I wanted to let you know that yes, I did use spray paint.

I love sunflowers, too! They are so bright & cheery! There is a farm not far from here that grows bird seed, and they have the most amazing huge fields of sunflowers! Unfortunately they didn't grow any this year, but last year it would literally stop traffic!
ReplyDeleteSuch a small price for such happiness. :) Daisies are like that for me too.
ReplyDeleteHi anita, what a bargain! flowers always do the trick, dont they?

ReplyDeleteSunflowers are one of God's greatest treasures. I love it when I see them in a field somewhere and they just look like they're trying to stretch themselves to the sky.
ReplyDeleteOh, and I love that blue on the walls. It is just such a peaceful, dreamy color.
Gorgeous! They just say "happy". I love fresh flowers in the house.

Can someone explain 'linking up'???? Is there a club somewhere?
ReplyDeleteI feel 'so' left out of things.
Hi Judy, I couldn't find an email address for you so I hope you come back here and see this!
ReplyDeleteThere are blogs that have parties which you can join. They will have a theme such a thrifty items, like the one I linked up to at Coastal Charm. You just go to the blog on the day that they have the party and there will be a button on the bottom of the post that you click on and follow the instructions to link up your own post that goes with the them and you post will show up on that page. You can visit other blogs that way and get to know more people. I hope that helped some. Let me know!
That did help.
ReplyDeleteNow, I guess I need to get up even earlier! lol
Thanks!
