It’s time to get in the car and hit the road before the summer is over.
I’ll be heading to Hotlanta this weekend. And. it. will. be. hot.
Hotter then it is here in Florida most likely.
But I get to see my boys. I’m so excited!
And I’ll be making a few stops.
Like maybe here ……
and of course here ….
and I have got to squeeze in some time to go here…..
I will be also be hitting the thrift stores while I’m there.
#2 son is moving into an apartment downtown for his last year at Georgia Tech.
Yay, one more year!
So, I need to find a few things on the cheap. Nothing fancy as things don’t seem to last very long around a bunch of college kids. Boys especially. They’re just gross.
I hope everyone has a great weekend.
Next week I will be having a giveaway! I think you will love it.
Especially all of you photogs out there.
So be sure to come back and check it out.
see ya,
Sounds like you have nice plans. Isn't IKEA just amazing... all over the world we all just love to shop there!

ReplyDeleteI was just thinking last night little boys are gross! I was REALLY hoping it gets better. Aim, for the love of God!
ReplyDeleteYour trip sounds like fun. I've never seen a TJ Max together with a Home Goods. IKEA has a few things on my list. Starting with a yummy looking cable knit throw. Enjoy your time!
Have a great trip.... I'm really thankful our Ikea is about an hour's drive from me, in Tampa...I'd be there all the time.. but our Homegoods is only 5 minutes away... that is a problem..haha
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your boys!!
Sandy
Enjoy Anita...and yes hotlanta will be hotter than Florida!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy every moment...it's is funny how most states right now are hotter than we are here in Florida. Sounds like you have some great plans, love Ikea and I'm definitely a HomeGoods junky - totally addicted. But, spending time with your sons is so exciting. Have a GREAT weekend.

Have a great time! Just bought some things at IKEA (for my son) so it would be worth the trip. It will be hot for sure.
ReplyDeleteHope you have a great time and enjoy those boys. I can't imagine Hotlanta being to much hotter than we have it in FL now...lol. Be careful on that ole I75...it can be cruel sometimes.
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful time. Sounds like it will be a fantastic trip!!
ReplyDeleteJust seeing this about your trip to Atlanta. It would have been nice to meet you, but I know you were very busy. I didn't even know about that fabric store. I will have to check that out some time. Thanks for the info. My brother went to Tech.
ReplyDeleteThe right school--Georgia Tech. Do you know what Georgia (UGA) graduates call Tech graduates? Boss.
ReplyDeleteI grew up right at Georgia Tech. When my grandmother moved to the nursing home GT bought her house. There is now a dorm at that location--555 8th St. My cousin still lives on 10th street.
